ZARA LARSSON REACHES 200 WEEKS ON THE UK SINGLES CHART

Congratulations this week also go to Swedish singing sensation, Zara Larsson, as she completes 200 weeks on the UK Singles chart in double quick time, 2 years almost to the day that she debuted on the chart.

Her vocals were first heard on the Number 5 hit, "Never Forget You" from MNEK, which first charted at the end of September 2015, and spent an impressive 41 weeks on the listing.

Even more impressive, she has amassed this total via just 8 hit singles, of which 5 have reached the Top 10, with her only Number 1 the recent, "Symphony" on which she is guest vocalist on the Clean Bandit track.

Only five artists have ever reached 200 weeks in a shorter time - Lady Gaga (63 weeks); Bruno Mars (80 weeks); Tinie Tempah (90 weeks) and Elvis Presley & Jess Glynne (both 91 weeks).
