Just when you thought it was safe to listen to the charts again, Drake debuts at the Number One position again. Just two weeks after vacating it with "God's Plan", his latest release, "Nice For What" gives him his fourth UK chart topper, and a 26th career week at Number One - just 9 acts in chart history have spent longer at the top. (See my separate post on this blog for the complete list). His total of 611 weeks on the UK chart also puts him above fellow Canadian Justin Bieber into the list of the Top 10 artists of all time based on the total weeks spent on the chart.
Anyway, this is "Nice For What".
After just a single week at the top, Lil' Dicky and Chris Brown's "Freaky Friday" drops to Number 2, while a second new entry in this week's Top 3 comes in at Number 3. "One Kiss" is the 24th UK Top 10 hit for Calvin Harris, and is the third consecutive Top 3 hit for Dua Lipa.
This is "One Kiss".
Down two places to 4 is "These Days" from Rudimental featuring Jess Glynne & Macklemore, while dropping one place to 5 is George Ezra with "Paradise".
Static at 6 is "Friends" from Marshmello & Anne-Marie, while down four places to 7 is "This Is Me" from the Greatest Showman.
Down three to 8 is Portugal. The Man with "Feel It Still", while static at 9 is Sigala and Paloma Faith with "Lullaby".
Propping up the Top 10, down 2 to 10, is "Psycho" from Post Malone & Ty Dolla $ign.
New at 14 this week, is this year's "The Voice" winner, Ruti Olajugbagbe with her version of a Fleetwood Mac classic.
This is "Dreams".
Up an impressive 24 places from last week's Number 49, is the collaboration between Canadian Electro-Caribbean production duo Soke & KNY Factory (AKA Banx & Ranx), British singer Ella Eyra and 22 year old English rapper Yxng Bane.

This week's highest climber moves up 45 places from 72 to 27, and is taken from Cardi B's Top 10 debut album, "Invasion Of Privacy".
This is "Be Careful".
Re-entering at Number 32 this week, is "Pray For Me" from the Weeknd & Kendrick Lamar.
Brand new at Number 37 is the debut Top 40 hit from 28 year old London rapper Courtney Freckleton, who performs as Nines.
This is "I See You Shining".
Finally, one place lower, and finally reaching the Top 40 for the first time, is the lead track from Kylie Minogue's latest Number One album, "Golden".
This is "Dancing".
As usual I finish off with tracks from the US & UK Number 1 albums. In the UK, as I mentioned above, Kylie Minogue has her first Number One album for 8 years, and her sixth in total.
From the album, "Golden", this is "Stop Me From Falling".
In the US, the Weeknd takes top spot with his mixtape, "My Dear Melancholy".
From the EP this is the single "Call Out My Name".
