Canadian superstar Drake reclaims the artist of the year title from Ed Sheeran this year, to make it 6 consecutive years that the chart champion has been a male solo artist - will.i.am in 2013, Ed Sheeran in 2014 & 2015, Drake in 2016, and then Sheeran again in 2017.
