On 5th May, the DJ Khaled track, "I'm The One", debuted at Number 1 in the UK. It gave Justin Bieber his 5th UK Number 1 (to be followed immediately by his 6th), but it was the first time the other four artists had hit Number 1 in the UK - DJ Khaled, Quavo, Chance the Rapper & Lil' Wayne.
However for rapper Lil' Wayne (born Dwayne Michael Carter Jr), it was 36th time lucky, as his previous 35 hits had failed to reach the top - his previous best had been the Number 3 position achieved by "Down" (with Jay Sean) in late 2009 & "Dedication To My Ex" (with Lloyd & Andre 3000) in early 2012.
Only one act has had more hits before achieving a Number 1 - "The Most Beautiful Girl In The World" - his first Number 1 - was his 40th UK hit.
So its well done - at last - to Lil' Wayne, and here is the complete list of artists who first hit Number 1 20 hits or more into their chart career
