RIHANNA CLAIMS HER NINTH UK NUMBER ONE

Well done this week to Rihanna, as her collaboration with DJ Khaled & Bryson Tiller deposes "Despacito" from the top spot, to give the Barbadian singer her ninth UK Number One single - a total that puts her level with Abba & the Spice Girls.

Here are the only seven artists in chart history have had more chart toppers.

21 - Elvis Presley
17 - The Beatles
14 - Cliff Richard, Westlife
13 - Madonna
12 - Shadows, Take That
9 - Abba, Spice Girls, Rihanna

Also, her total of 25 weeks at the top puts her 10th on that list.

80 - Elvis Presley
69 - The Beatles
46 - Cliff Richard
44 - Shadows
32 - Frankie Laine
31 - Abba
29 - Madonna, Take That
